Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We do currently offer international shipping over on our Etsy page - located here

International orders are subject to extended shipping times (approximately 6 - 20 business days).

International buyers may be responsible for additional duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed on imported goods after your order as been shipped.

What shipping rates do you offer?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with the following shipping methods available: First Class Mail (approximately 4 – 6 business days)/UPS Ground (1-5 business days)

We are not currently able to offer expedited shipping, so please allow 3-5 days of transit time for addresses located within the United States.

When will I receive my order?

All items are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for screen printed apparel and up to 10 business days for embroidered apparel.

Please note that due to our processing methods, embroidery and screen printed items will often come in two separate packages with two separate tracking numbers.

My order was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do?

We first recommend that you check all possible delivery locations in or around the mailing address.

Occasionally, there is an issue with some delivery services falsely marking a package as delivered prior to true delivery. If your package doesn’t arrive within 3 business days after it is marked "delivered", please reach out to us here!

Please keep in mind that due to our processing methods, some items may ship seperately and your order may have more than one associated tracking number.

Do you accept returns?

Because all our items are made to order, we cannot currently offer returns.

If your item arrives damaged, or is not at all what you expected, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution for you.

My order is incorrect, defective, or not what I ordered. What do I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 10 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that for damaged or defective items, we will require photos of the item as it was received in order to issue a replacement.

Do you offer extended sizing?

All sizes, one price. We never upcharge based on your preferred size.

Looking for a size not currently offered on the website? Please message us and we will be more than happy to see what we can do!

Will a size or color come back into stock?

Though we try our best, sometimes certain colors or sizes may not be available due to manufacturer availability or stock. We will try to get it back in stock as soon as possible, but you can submit a request for a specific item here!

What does "officially licensed" mean?

Officially licensed means that we have permission and/or contractual agreements with the authors featured in our shop. Effectively, the author and publisher are aware that we have created designs and merchandise using their book or series (intellectual property), and they will typically, though not always, receive a portion of profits made on that item.
